First drawn in pencil, then ink, then a wash of colour, before adding detail in acrylics.

My favourite part was adding the drips of colour for the delightful background. Oh, and I used fresh rainwater to thin my paints for the splashes and drips.

A yellow rose in a dream can mean friendship or a non-romantic love for someone. A friendship rose.
