This was me learning how to paint ferns. Looking at ferns in my garden and making it appear on paper. I love being an artist!

I first worked on the maidenhair fern, but wasn’t completely happy with it. So I moved on to the fishbone fern – that’s the one that I used in my FLOWERS FOR YOU painting.
