HOW / WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

DOMESTIC ORDERS (AUSTRALIA)

Within Australia, orders are shipped via Australia Post – Regular Post or Parcel Post. Large packages may sometimes be shipped via Sendle.

Once your payment is received, your order will be shipped within 3 – 7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the time of year and during peak holiday season.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If you need something expedited, please let me know and I will be happy to accommodate!

If your order includes an item on pre-order, your full order will be held until the pre-ordered item is ready to ship. I am happy to split orders upon request, but this may incur additional shipping costs. Please check with me if unsure.

Please note that Notebook Club orders are shipped once per month and will be shipped separately to other items ordered.

Some individual items will be shipped direct from a trusted third-party product supplier.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes!

International orders are shipped via Australia Post – Regular Post or Parcel Post. Heavy packages are shipped via Sendle. Unfortunately, tracking is not always available on international orders, and the delivery date cannot be guaranteed due to unpredictable delays in customs or with your local postal service.

The typical shipping time to most countries is around 3 weeks, but may be as long as 6 weeks. Insurance is not available and I cannot refund for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.

All international shipments will be marked as merchandise. Depending on your local laws, there may be duties, taxes, or other fees due before you can receive your shipment. These fees are beyond our control. 

** Sandra Burns ART is not responsible for import duties, taxes or other fees, into your country. Please be sure that you understand any customs fees you may be responsible for, before making a purchase. 

If a package is returned to Sandra Burns ART with unpaid customs fees, the buyer will be given the option to receive a refund, minus the cost of shipping, or the buyer can repay shipping to resend the package with the understanding that the intended receiver will be required to pay the customs fees for delivery to occur. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

For purchases direct from the Sandra Burns ART website (orders paid via PayPal), shipping is included in the listed item price.

For purchases made via the Esty Store for Sandra Burns ART, the item price and shipping are listed separately.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS UNDELIVERABLE?

Items will be shipped to the address specified in your order. If that address is incorrect or undeliverable for any reason and the product is returned, the buyer will have the option to pay the shipping again to have the order re-sent with a different address, or the buyer can receive a refund for the product, minus the original shipping cost. 

MY ORDER ARRIVED BUT IS INCORRECT, NOW WHAT?

Occasionally, I may make a mistake! If you receive your package and something is wrong with your order, contact me right away so that I can promptly solve the issue.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

I do my best to check all products and make sure that they are top quality. From time to time, a product will slip past me with a flaw. If one of my products arrives to you damaged or defective, I will readily accept returns free of charge. A photo will be required to show the defective product, and I must be contacted within 7 days of delivery. I will replace the item, or offer a refund if no replacement can be made.

While I can not be held responsible for damage during shipping, I will do my best to replace damaged products if possible. I will offer a refund if no replacement is available. Please be prepared to provide photos of damaged packaging & product upon request.

I offer refunds or returns for non-defective products with a $5 re-stocking fee, and the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must be unused and undamaged and in their original packaging. To begin the refund/return process, please contact me to let me know that you would like to return a product. The buyer will be required to provide a tracking number that shows they have shipped the product back to Sandra Burns ART. I will then process the refund, minus a $5 re-stocking fee once the product has arrived back to me.
