This original acrylic painting is inspired by a desire to escape – from stress, from fast-paced life, from technology. ‘Ocean Vibe’ is an escape to the beach – somewhere to clear your head, somewhere for healing. The seagull flying along the crashing wave is symbolic of freedom.

I created this Ocean Vibe painting by using layers of bold colours, using a minimalist approach, and a seagull flying above.

I’m forever in love with the ocean and the distance to the horizon. Such a vast expanse of freedom.

The ocean is a place of fun, reflection and escape.

My favourite part is the shore wash lapping up to the sand. I want to dip my toes into that water. 💖
