My favourite part of this painting is the character in the painting – based on a dear friend who had recently completed treatment for cancer, and had just got the ‘all-clear’ results.

When I look at this painting, I feel that anything is possible. Miracles do happen. Sometimes miracles need a bit of planning, or a helping hand in the right direction… but they do happen!
