This sculpture is called Portal, complete with lighting and water mist, and is the work of Stephen Pennock and Shavaurn Hanson, with help from Prestige Jointing and Electrical and Phase 3 Landscape Construction.

      Although it’s called Portal, I think it is based on Stargate and that’s why I call it Stargate. And I HAD to get that photo because the man looked a little like retired Col Jack O’Neill. 😊
