🦋 I wanted to create something that combines a love of nature and a symbol of love. So I created the heart of roses painting, then I added the cute little critters (butterflies and a caterpillar).

🦋 Indirectly inspired by my friend who is rapidly progressing toward becoming a commercially licensed pilot. Thinking about dreams and life goals and flight, I somehow got to caterpillars and butterflies. This is my ‘follow your dreams’ art.

🦋 My favourite part is the little caterpillar at the bottom, reaching up to follow her dreams and become a beautiful butterfly.
