Sketchbook Project – Mythical Old Hag

The Old Hag, going about her dismal daily life…

The Giant, as he really is – not so strong and majestic.

Strikingly bright flowers set against the dark green foliage – the beautiful frangipani.

A dog will not sit still for a pet portrait! But this one day, he decided to post for the sake of my art.

I’ve used this photo of the pelican as a source for my artwork a few times already, and there will be more. 🙂

I remember the day we walked into art class and Mrs B had brought the garden bench to class!

As we came to learn, our teacher lived across the road and it was easy for her to bring every day objects to class for us to draw or paint.
